How do I track and check the status of a shipment?

Customers can receive real-time updates emailed (optional) to them of their respective shipment, regardless of the volume. Customers can also get reports emailed to them on a scheduled or on-demand basis with all freight information. Customers also have the option of calling into Ajjappa transports, providing them with a PO, PRO, BOL or any other number associated with the shipment to receive tracking information.

How do I request a booking?

After verification, we find the nearest truck for you.

How can I cancel my booking? Will I be charged a cancellation fee?

Raise a cancellation request. Approval of cancellation is done as per the terms and conditions. A If our Truck has reached the client’s pickup location, a cancellation fee will be applied.

How are my fare charges & bill amounts are calculated?

After the booking is confirmed, you will be notified of the approximate distance that your goods will travel, and your bill amount will be calculated accordingly.

Why do I need to pay a token amount for booking confirmation? What are the payment methods accepted by you?

The token amount for booking confirmation is received only for assurance, and also after assurance only our Truck will be loaded to the client’s pickup location. Payments can be made by our customers via NEFT / IMPS / PAYTM / UPI. All types of cards are accepted, so you can easily make a payment online.
